We will employ a pre-visit strategy followed by a visit to the customer’s home address.
We operate a soft touch approach that is often welcomed by the customer. We will offer the customer a reconnect to our client whilst on the doorstep.
In the instance where we cannot make contact, we will leave a “hand-delivered no contact letter” which regularly provides the encouragement the customer needs to reignite contact.
Gathering and collating key data through home visits then enables you to make informed decisions regarding the next stage processes.
