What type of individual are FieldConnect looking for?

We are looking for flexible, reliable and motivated individuals looking to top up their income, either people who are retired or work an hour-by-hour diary are usually best fit for the role.

Why become a FieldConnect Field Agent?

Working Schedule

The Field Agent role works best for individuals who are wanting to top up their current income, the work that you will receive is ad-hoc and could come through anytime depending on the requirements of our clients. Some instruction that we receive do have flexibility however some have fixed times that cannot be moved and may need to be attended on the same day, or next day so you will need to have some flexibility.

Every Day is Different

Whilst working as a Field Agent you will gain experience across a range of industries, you will meet new people with every visit, from all walks of life.

Income potential

As a Field Agent, your earnings are based on the number of instructions you receive, and complete. After your induction, you will be assigned an area of 20 miles from your home address. Income is usually dependant on the population of your local area for example the Field Agent living in central Manchester or London could expect to earn more than the Field Agent living in rural Cumbria.

Independence

The Field Agent role gives you the autonomy to work on your own and perform tasks according to the client guidelines. If you need any assistance, you are able to call the FieldConnect HQ – the Field Coordination team will be glad to assist you with any further clarification or training.

Startup Costs

Becoming a Field Agent requires minimal startup costs, and maybe zero as you may already have the necessary equipment and checks in place. You will need a smartphone and a PC or Laptop to access the FieldConnect platform and a printer to print off documentation. Other than the tech, the only other cost required is to cover your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if you do not already have one.

Skill Developments

Depending on the skills that you already have when coming on board, you will start off with simple instructions and will have the opportunity to learn more as you become more experienced. On the job training and development will be provided.
